Summary

By installing or using Vidsieve, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose: this is a small browser extension, not a service with an ongoing subscription or an account system. If you purchase Pro, a separate checkout with Creem (our merchant of record) also applies to that transaction — see Creem's Buyer Terms of Service for the payment side. This page covers the software itself.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Vidsieve on your own devices, for as long as you keep the extension installed. The free tier is free to use indefinitely. A Pro license unlocks the additional filters described in the extension and on the features page for the devices you activate it on, up to the activation limit shown at purchase.

This license doesn't transfer any ownership of the extension's code, design, or branding to you. You agree not to resell, sublicense, or share your Pro license key with people outside your own devices, and not to reverse-engineer the license-check flow to bypass activation.

No warranty

Vidsieve is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. YouTube changes its page structure often, and a filter that works today may need an update after YouTube ships a redesign — we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not responsible for changes YouTube makes that break a filter until we can ship a fix.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vidsieve and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim related to Vidsieve is capped at the amount you paid for your Pro license (or $0 if you're on the free tier).

Refunds

Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Creem, who handle the actual payment and refund mechanics as merchant of record. If a filter isn't working as described or you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us first (below) — we'd rather sort it out directly than have you go through a chargeback.

Changes

We may update these terms as the extension evolves. Material changes will be reflected here and in the extension's store listing. Continuing to use Vidsieve after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
